As an Assistant Project Manager, you will be closely working with Producers and Directors, helping them manage the whole project and delivering features and milestones on time. While they will focus on high-level coordination, you will support them by handling administration and documentation, keeping tools up to date, providing data for reporting, as well as identifying risks and problems to be handled. Together you will come up with solutions and decisions, improve processes, and make sure the development teams have all the info and support they need to deliver a great product. 

• Supporting Producers in the planning of project milestones, estimates, planning, tracking progress, and reporting
• Managing communication between Developers, QA, Designers, Producers
• Daily problem-solving, providing developers with missing information and details
• Identifying problems and risks, handling them with Producers and Leads 
• Supporting leads with planning and organization of the developer team’s work
• Change management
• Managing documentation, making sure it's up to date and delivered to all interested parties
• Updating project management tools
• Willing to work onsite in Brno, Czech Republic

• Minimum 1 year of commercial experience in IT, Gamedev or similar industry
• Commercial experience either as a Project manager or a team lead
• English: B2/C1
• Interest in Game Development and Gaming
• Understanding of Agile and Scrum methodology
• Basic knowledge about the tools for agile project management
• Being a problem-solver, good level of independence, and ability to ask for help when needed
• Diligence in planning, a great sense of responsibility and priorities
• Active and positive approach towards communication with stakeholders
• Ability to pass on the information and negotiate in a transparent work environment
• Perfect interpersonal skills, proactive attitude
• Ability to handle and manage changes and multiple tasks simultaneously
• Willingness to develop in the project management department

• Experience working with 3D Art production, QA, or Software Development
