We’re a growing team of 75 developers and would like to welcome a new HR Lead. In this role, you’ll not only help us navigate our growth but also support and uplift our team through coaching, encouragement, and genuine care. If you have experience in the game industry or IT and a passion for people, we’d love to meet you!

• Lead the recruitment and selection process, from sourcing candidates to final job offers.
• Manage the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and personnel development.
• Oversee international mobility processes and contract management for employees and contractors.
• Guide and promote the employee evaluation process.
• Prepare and update internal directives and company guidelines.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to leaders.
• Build strong relationships between management and employees, helping to sort out any concerns, requests, or issues that come up.
• Actively contribute to developing and promoting our company culture and values.
• Play a key role in enhancing our employer brand.

• Has at least three years of HR experience in a generalist role.
• Possesses excellent knowledge of labor laws and HR-related legislation.
• Is skilled in developing, implementing, and leading HR projects.
• Has excellent communication and mediation abilities.
• Is proficient in both English and Czech.
• Has experience with HR systems and databases.
• Has a background in IT or video game development companies.
