Currently, we are seeking an energetic professional with a "can-do" attitude who doesn't mind wearing multiple hats to join us on the position of Office Manager.
As the Office Manager, you’ll be the point person for office equipment maintenance, supplies, bills, mailing and shipping. You will have the cheerful responsibility for organizing company parties events and in case of need, you’ll book transport and accommodation for business trips.
You’ll be the point of contact for vendors, service providers and a landlord and maintain good business relationships with them, manage contracts and price negotiations.
You’ll also closely cooperate with the IT department to organize and prepare office equipment, which includes preparation of workplace and basic hardware assembly.
Your scope of responsibility will also include: providing basic support for visitors, preparing written communication to the team, responsibility for cash box, monitoring and maintaining office supplies inventory, assure regular maintenance of all office equipment to keep its continuous functioning.
Your ultimate goal will be to maintain a safe, functional and pleasant work environment for our happy teammates.
