Gray Zone Warfare has been under development in our bustling offices for more than three years. This new game is an immersive tactical FPS with a maximum focus on realism, immersive gameplay, and stunning graphics powered by Unreal Engine 5. At MADFINGER, we have always strived to create incredible, world-class gaming experience, as players of our previous titles will attest. As a Producer, you will play a key role in bringing our games to life by driving development forward, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring features are delivered on time and to the highest standards. Most importantly, you care about the player experience, enjoy helping teams succeed, and are motivated to continuously improve the way we make games.

This is an on-site position in Brno, Czech Republic.

• Drive feature delivery: Oversee development of game features, manage schedules and the roadmap, and help teams hit deadlines while balancing time, scope, quality and budget.
• Coordinate and align teams: Work with Leads and the Production team to plan work, align priorities and balance workloads, running the stand-ups, reviews and post-mortems that keep everyone on the same page.
• Clear the path: Spot risks early, remove blockers, clarify responsibilities, and keep improving our workflows, tools and production practices.
• Own it and help us grow: Be accountable for your projects, communicate progress and uncertainty openly, and help build a collaborative, healthy culture at Madfinger Games.

• Production experience as a Producer or in a similar project management role, ideally in games, with a solid understanding of how complex features are delivered across disciplines.
• Agile know-how you can apply day to day, plus strong organisational skills for managing multiple workstreams, dependencies and priorities.
• Excellent communication, written and verbal, and the ability to build trust with colleagues and stakeholders.
• A proactive, adaptable approach: you find practical solutions under pressure, learn quickly, take ownership, and welcome feedback.
• Tool proficiency in Jira, the wider Atlassian suite and Google Workspace.

Practicalities: You must be eligible to work in the EU (we can’t offer visa sponsorship) and be based in Brno or willing to relocate; we provide relocation support.
