Do you have a sixth sense for spotting graphic artists, animators, or game developers who can turn pixels into epic adventures? We're on the lookout for someone to help us strengthen the team working on our immersive tactical FPS game with a maximum focus on realism! Gray Zone Warfare has been under development in our bustling offices for more than three years, and a pre-alpha early access release is currently live on Steam. • Managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job requests to onboarding new Madfingers.
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
• Selecting CVs, screening, and interviewing candidates to ensure alignment with job requirements and company culture.
• Actively sourcing, identifying, and engaging with potential candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, and professional networks).
• Crafting and publishing engaging job advertisements.
• Giving feedback and cultivating an exceptional candidate experience.
• Collaborating with the marketing team to present MADFINGER Games at various conferences and job fairs. 

• You have relevant experience with recruitment. 
• You like to communicate in English so that you can effectively communicate with candidates, internal stakeholders, and the rest of the team (we have 12 nationalities in the team 😉). 
• The Czech language is a must. 
• You can keep things moving. Prompt communication with both candidates and managers is vital for us.
• And, of course, you are excellent at organizing things and managing time.

• If you are a fan of PC games and know the world of gaming.
• We´d appreciate experience with active sourcing.
