Gray Zone Warfare has been under development in our bustling offices for nearly two years. This new game is an immersive tactical FPS with a maximum focus on realism, immersive gameplay, and stunning graphics powered by Unreal Engine 5. Calling all passionate gamers with extensive experience in PC game testing! As a Senior QA/Dev Tester, you will be responsible for executing and overseeing QA testing and its processes. In addition, you will collaborate closely with our development team and external QA, testing all game features, functionalities, and scenarios. Your expertise will be crucial in identifying and reporting defects, providing actionable feedback, and ensuring timely issue resolution to deliver exceptional gaming experiences to our players.

• Spotting a bug from a mile away.  
• Helping us create an immersive and engaging gaming experience.
• Taking the lead in planning, coordinating, and executing testing activities.
• Conducting extensive functional testing, identifying and reporting defects and gameplay issues.  
• Testing all the necessary components of the game (gameplay, functionality, bug testing, compatibility, performance, and online testing). 
• Cooperation with other departments during the bug life cycle.
• Coordinating with external QA teams.
• Creating documentation, guidelines, and test cases.
• Sharing your expertise and mentoring junior testers to help them reach their full potential.

• An avid fan of online multiplayer games who is fully devoted to the world of gaming.
• Extensively experienced in all aspects of the QA game testing lifecycle.
• Proficient in using QA tools and bug-tracking systems.
• Very high standard of communication skills and teamwork.
• Strong critical thinking and analytical abilities.
• Expertise in test automation frameworks and test scripts is a plus.
• Willing to live in Brno, Czech Republic, the best (gaming) place in the world, and meet all the MadFingers in our office.
